Central heating. Terrace, shared garden. Via Ferrata 3km. Spa town of Neyrac-les-Bains 6km (indoor swimming pool, body care, hammam). At mouth of Ardèche valley, halfway between the Lower Ardèche and Ardèche mountain. Special rate for spa patients (NOT July/August): 600€/3 weeks + 30€/week for heating.
