Opening : From 01/07 to 31/08/2026 from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 12.30 pm and between 3 pm and 7 pm. On Sunday between 9 am and 12.30 pm.
We will be closed exceptionally from 3 July at 3 pm until 5 May inclusive.

From 01/09 to 30/09/2026 on Tuesday between 3 pm and 7 pm. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and weekends between 9 am and 12.30 pm and between 3 pm and 7 pm.

From 01/10 to 31/10/2026 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm and between 3 pm and 6.30 pm. On Sunday between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm.
Closed from 20 October to 5 November inclusive.

This small, fully renovated museum traces the lives of the people of Ardèche in days gone by. Let yourself be guided through a thousand and one objects that recount the history of the Hautes Cévennes region of Ardèche. Treasure hunt for children aged 6 and over. 45 minutes to 1 hour for a self-guided tour.

Each visit brings us to life, allowing us to discover and marvel at the ingenuity of its farmers, the strength of their labour and the creativity of their work...
We relive the days of cherries and large markets in the village square, the days of chestnuts and their famous ‘Bouïrades’,
the long winter evenings spent gathered around the hearth...
You will be transported back in time by the free audio guided tour (45-minute tour).

A treasure hunt is available in the museum.
Your children will meet characters from the past in their everyday setting through fun activities and will set off in search of their precious tools, accessories, etc.
Games for ages 6 and up, with accompanying parent.

Tickets available at the museum shop.
Open to all during shop hours.

Guided tours available for groups, every day from April to the Christmas holidays, by reservation.
