Be captivated by the vibrant spirit of the charming village of Thueyts! From its Devil’s Bridge and Renaissance-style alleyways to a unique tour of the house where Marie Rivier, a nun recognised as a saint by the Catholic Church, once lived. Booking required.
You’ll be able to explore the private areas where Marie Rivier lived (the kitchens, Marie Rivier’s bedroom and the chapel). Thueyts and its unique geological setting: the imposing basalt flow and UNESCO-listed geosite, the Chaussée des Géants, the Gravenne volcano and the Via Ferrata. We’ll take you on a unique walk – bookings required.
Although the tour is free, booking is essential. If you are unable to attend, please call 04 75 36 46 26 or email the Tourist Office so that your place can be made available to someone else.
The meeting point is in front of the Thueyts Tourist Office.
