Chef Fabien offers cuisine that deliciously combines products from Lyon and the Ardèche region. The menus, à la carte dishes and suggestions change with the seasons. Here, homemade food is not just a slogan, and good food should be accessible to everyone. We make our own bread, charcuterie and desserts. We favour short supply chains, as we believe it is essential to work with French producers, particularly those in the Ardèche region.
