At the entrance to the village of Montpezat sous Bauzon, in the Ardèche des Sources et Volcans region, this 140 m² stone house full of character welcomes you for a pleasant holiday. Private courtyard where you can park your vehicles. On the 1st floor, a terrace opens onto the living area: fitted kitchen, living room and sitting room, separate toilet.

Upstairs, 3 adult bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (140cm), a bathroom (bath, walk-in shower) and a separate toilet. On the top floor, a children's/adults' area with 3 single beds (90cm), 2 single beds (120cm), 1 double bed (140cm), a shower room with toilet (secure staircase).

Umbrella beds with mattresses, undersheets and sheets available. Induction hob. Filter coffee maker.

Underfloor heating on all 3 levels. Sheets provided, beds made up on arrival, free wifi.

The village of Montpezat sous Bauzon is 800 metres away and offers a wide range of shops, including a baker's, butcher's and delicatessen, grocer's, bar, newsagent's and tobacconist's, pharmacy and post office.
