Ardéchois and seasonal menus to be enjoyed in the 8 participating restaurants.
New for 2024: a quiz in the restaurants with gourmet prizes to be won!

The aim of the ‘L'Ardèche s'invite au menu!’ event is to raise awareness among catering professionals of the importance of local sourcing in order to increase the proportion of local produce in the meals served, thereby supporting the local economy, promoting short distribution channels and offering quality menus.

The aim is to encourage, support and promote establishments that include products from the Ardèche in their menus. It helps to bring establishments closer to local suppliers/producers. During the week, participating restaurants undertake to offer dishes and menus based on products from the Ardèche, accompanied by drinks from the region.
