Lamb, cheese, and spring fruits and vegetables take centre stage at Sources & Volcans: a gourmet spring edition that celebrates seasonal produce and local expertise, offering an authentic and delicious experience.

From 11 to 14 June, the event returns in its spring edition, organised by the Ardèche des Sources et Volcans Community of Communes in partnership with Ardèche le Goût. Restaurateurs, farmers and producers are joining forces to showcase seasonal produce through innovative dishes.

This year’s event celebrates livestock farming, particularly the goat and sheep sectors, paired with spring fruits and vegetables. An initiative that strengthens ties between producers and those in the catering sector, whether traditional or institutional (schools, care homes), whilst promoting short supply chains, sustainable agriculture and generous gastronomy.
