La Miche qui Trotte will delight you with its classic and revisited pastries, as well as its generous gourmet cakes and sourdough bread.

Everything is made on site using high-quality, local ingredients (where possible) and a generous helping of passion.

We offer croissants and pains au chocolat, as well as brioches filled with chestnut cream, blueberries or apples and walnuts (depending on the season), and rolls filled with salted butter caramel and dipped in chocolate. You can also indulge in a light cream millefeuille or a chocolate and hazelnut dessert, or choose one of our sourdough breads to enjoy with generous slices of toast for breakfast.

We use local produce as much as possible in our creations: organic and AOP chestnut flour, regional wheat flour, Tomme de Mazan cheese, organic and AOP Picodon cheese, honey from the Ardèche mountains, local organic herbs, fresh blueberries from the plateau, and more.

This year, we will be at the Jaujac and Antraigues markets in the mornings.
