La Miche qui Trotte is hitting the road to treat you to sourdough bread, generous pastries and indulgent cakes, all homemade using quality local produce.

Croissants and pains au chocolat sit alongside brioches filled with chestnut cream, blueberries or apples and walnuts, rolls with salted butter caramel and chocolate, as well as generous mille-feuilles and chocolate-hazelnut desserts. Not to mention the sourdough breads, perfect for breakfast toast!

The recipes change with the seasons and give pride of place to local produce: organic and PDO chestnut flour, regional wheat flour, Tomme de Mazan, organic and PDO Picodon, honey from the Ardèche mountains, local organic herbs, fresh blueberries from the plateau… All handmade using high-quality ingredients and a generous helping of passion.
