The La Pure et Dure Festival (the world's first mashed potato festival!) is back for its third edition: mashed potatoes, radio, theatre, crazy games and lively concerts. Refreshments and food available on site. A festive, supportive and friendly event! Carpooling recommended.

Program
Friday, November 14th

6:00 PM: Opening - Launch of Radio Purée! Once again this year, Radio Purée will take over the airwaves in Jaujac, Ardèche, or perhaps the whole world! A partnership with Fréquence 7 brings you a delicious weekend program of radio shows, sound creations made with students and local residents, live crosses, games, and other subtle surprises with the savory taste of radio pudding.

7:00 PM: Start of the Mashed Potato Competition (Go to the reception to get a wristband)

7:45 PM: Le grand soir - cie Octopus - Clown show for adults (ages 10+) It's the Big Night. Olga is waiting, she is getting ready. She tries to play the game of seduction but, very quickly, her roughness, her stiffness, and also her eccentricity, lead her into a series of adventures. A clown show about love and revolution.

In the evening: Gamer'dèche - Crazy fairground games

9:00 PM: Mashed Potato Competition Awards Ceremony

9:30 PM: Akhatar - Galician bal (dance). In winter, when the Galician fields are silent, villages gather for foliadas, night festivals where all generations dance. Women unite their powerful voices, accompanied by percussion, to sing about peasant life, love and sisterhood, the joy and strength of song as a vital social bond.

11:00 PM: Bonne Nuit – Concert Electro-pop group from Vendée based in Paris. Prophets of disorder, the new wave duo of two degenerate humans recounts our paradoxes and weaknesses in a mix of grungy synths and catchy, engaged lyrics.

12:30 AM: Indispatch - Smashed Symphonies A joyful, evolving musical mix, a journey through world sounds punctuated by varied electro beats, exclusive remixes, and a wildly dancing atmosphere.

2:00 AM: Closing.

Saturday, November 15th

10:00 AM: Opening - Musical Brunch cooked by Adèle, with Radio Purée

10:00 AM to 2:00 AM: Radio Purée (studio on the square, live on Fréquence 7). Continuous.

11:00 AM: La création - collective La Flambée - Theatre (ages 7+) The character invites the audience to reflect, with humour and radicality, on what humans have done to the world, and what remains for us to do. Meet at 11:00 AM sharp.

All afternoon: Crazy activities, potato sack races, surprise concerts, games...

5:00 PM: D'amour ou d'amitié - cie Vraiment super - Theatre Alice and Camille will bring various Céline Dion experts to the stage to discuss her adolescence, her vision of love, and the decisive encounters of her life.

6:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Mashed Potato Competition - Awards ceremony at 8:30 PM

Between 6:00 PM & 9:00 PM: Taraf de Beauchastel - Fanfare Traditional Klezmer music from Eastern Europe and Italy.

At various times in the evening: Crazy fairground games for the "Gamer'dèche"

9:30 PM: Tina Thorner - Bal musette Boom Boom The bal musette turns to drama; cordons bleus (gourmet food) and heavy sound have replaced love and frills.

11:00 PM: Passion Coco - Concert. The group reclaims cumbia to compose the soundtrack for a tropical party.

12:30 AM: Anatole French - Puppet Mix Anatole travels the world to offer us the pleasure of non-stop dancing to sounds from elsewhere, from the past, the taste of living intensely.

2:00 AM: Curtain. End of the bal.
