‘My production is entirely organic (AB label). My plants (and my soil) are free from machinery and chemicals. They grow in the wild or are cultivated by me, with the utmost respect for the environment and for the benefit of the creatures that inhabit it. All my products are handmade by me, in very small batches, throughout the seasons.’
