8:30: reception, registration and coffee offered by the town hall
8:45: Supervised outing - Trail du Berger Montpezatien, 10km, D+: 500m with the Association Montpezat Source du Sport Nature
9h: Nature and heritage hiking, accompanied by Ardèche Randonnée, 8km - duration 3h – medium difficulty - 15-20 participants
9am: Vinyasa yoga workshop – duration 1h00 – no limit of participants with Pauline Dabrowski (Location to be confirmed: ND de Prévenchères or communal hall) – 3 mats on loan
9.30 am: Visit of the village of Montpezat: a friendly stroll to discover the secrets of the alleys and local history with the association Les Enfants et les Amis de Montpezat – duration: 1h15 - number of participants: 25
9h30: Digital hike "to discover Montpezat-sous-Bauzon, Chalias", 6.6 km, 2h30, D+: 284m, with Isabelle Legrand
10am: "Papillons et Papouillons" story ride for children up to 4 years old with Suzanne Joux – carriage-style trail for strollers - duration 1 hour – 15 children + accompanying adults
10am: Yoga child-teen - from 6 years old (accompanied by their parent)
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Orienteering race with the CDCO on permanent installation – several adapted routes
From 10:30 am: Yoga stretching - duration 30 minutes – no number of participants limited - outdoors with Madeleine Archimbaud
11 am: Discovery of the site of Clastres: church of Prévenchères, Chapel of St Roch and paintings by Jean SAUSSAC, association les Enfants et les Amis de Montpezat duration: 1h15 - number of participants: 25
12:30: Snacks and refreshments on site
13h30: Nature and heritage hike, accompanied by Guillaume PAUMIER, 6km – medium difficulty - duration 2h30 – 15-20 participants
14h: Workshop making "seed bombs" with the media library
14h: Discovery of the site of Clastres: church of Prévenchères, Chapel of St Roch and paintings by Jean SAUSSAC, association les Enfants et les Amis de Montpezat duration: 1h15: - number of participants: 25
15h: Musical ride with Emilie Stora, Marie Pascale and guitarist
3 pm: Walk to discover edible plants and their benefits with Bernadette GINAI, Rose and Hellebore – duration 2 hours – 15 participants – around the campsite/ launch of seed bombs and installation of land art.
All day:
- Stands of the Montpezat associations, the departmental committee for hiking, the Tourist Office, media library, Departmental Orienteering Committee
- Animation for the Golf Disque, fitness trail, goose game, treasure hunt
- Initiation to Nordic walking with the Montpezat association
- Virtual reality with the Géotrip (on the OT booth)
- Installation of the sound clips for the CTEAC food project
- Exhibition "everything is connected, everything is alive" (loan from the MDA)
