In the heart of the village of Jaujac, Maison Dumercier offers you a delicious range of sweet and savoury cookies, amaretti, cakes, tarts and viennoiseries. Our production varies with the seasons and our inspirations. Everything is made on site.

With care and passion, we offer you quality products all year round.
Our cookies are produced, packaged and sold on site, in the heart of the characterful village of Jaujac. We choose our raw materials with care and add no preservatives.

As far as possible, we use local products for our creations: organic and AOP chestnut flour, regional wheat flour, Mazan tomme, organic and AOP Picodon, Ardèche mountain honey, local organic aromatic herbs, fresh blueberries from the plateau...

Thanks to these quality products, some of our cookies have been awarded the 'Goûtez l'Ardèche' label.
This year, we will be present at the Jaujac and Thueyts morning markets.
