Rita and Rico is a clown show presented by La compagnie L’Oiseau Jaune.

Rita and Rico have a dream: to reach Tar, the legendary city where everything is wonderful. With maps in hand (well, upside down) and suitcases bursting at the seams, our two operetta-style explorers are convinced they’re on the right track. But here’s the thing… The problem is, they’re not in Tar, but in your village! Since they’re here, they might as well turn this detour into an unforgettable celebration!

Since 2022, the L’Oiseau Jaune theatre company has been creating dreamlike, artisanal theatre, inspired by myths, symbols and ancient traditions. Through poetic and physical expression, it explores contemporary issues using physical theatre. Its first show, “Les Oiseaux de Passage”, immerses the audience in a waking dream, blending politics, philosophy and spirituality.
