This is the story of Melle, who waits on a park bench for her boyfriend to arrive for their usual picnic. It's a story of waiting, of encounters, of emotions, painted through the songs, known and unknown, of famous French artists.

It's an ordinary story made up of memories, emotions, tenderness, laughter, sometimes tears and, above all, poetry. It's the story of Melle, waiting on a park bench for her boyfriend to arrive with the bread for their usual picnic. It's a story of waiting, of encounters, of emotions, painted through the songs, known and unknown, of famous French artists such as Barbara, Brel, Gainsbourg, Goldman and Nougaro. It's a show between theatre and song, set against a backdrop of fallen leaves that can be picked up by the shovelful, with songs built around a beautiful novel and a beautiful story.
