The cottage is located in an independent building on a closed and flat ground of 800 m². Apartment on one level, new and fully air-conditioned, very easily accessible. It is located in a very quiet dead end, on a sunny plot.

The cottage, referenced 4*, is installed in the habitable part of a house located on a flat ground and entirely fenced 800 m2. The other part is a closed private garage. The tenants are the only occupants. The cottage is intended for
occupancy by 4 people. It is fully air-conditioned (reversible in winter). It is more suitable especially for families or couples concerned about their well-being.
Access to the apartment of 61 m2 is through a large wooden terrace of 7m by 4m which can be accessed by a plan. This terrace is facing south. It is equipped with a table and 6 armchairs, as well as 2 parasols. The entrance door opens onto an open space that serves to the right the space KITCHEN fully equipped ( pyrolysis oven, hob induction cooking, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, small plancha electric, raclette, food processor, dishwasher ) and left the living space: table and chairs, sofa and armchairs, TV (OCS subscription included), WIFI, library, board games. The LIVING ROOM opens onto the main terrace through a French window with a gable, and another French door on a wooden terrace facing west, equipped with a table and outdoor chairs. This is where the gas PLANCHA is installed. This space leads to a FIRST THROUGH BEDROOM which leads to the master bedroom and bathroom. This first room of 10 m2 is lit by an electric opening roof window. It is equipped with 2 beds in 90 cm, bedside tables, storage, coat rack. The MASTER BEDROOM has a bed 160 cm, wardrobe, dresser, mirror in foot, coat rack, table, chair and armchair. This large room of 14m2 opens through a French window on another wooden terrace, facing west and with independent night lighting. The SHOWER ROOM, fully tiled, is lit by a large swinging window. It includes a shower area of 140 cm, an ultra-flat basin equipped with two mixers, and suspended toilets. There is also a heated towel rail and mirrors. You will find on site a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, first aid kit. We provide our guests with all linen (bed, bath and table) at no extra cost. Beds are made on arrival and for long stays, a set of replacement sheets is offered every Saturday. Outside, the sunny terraces allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful days. Deckchairs and garden chairs are installed in the grassed area. The outdoor area can be lit at night for more conviviality. Finally, the cottage has a real petanque, a ping-pong table and a game of badminton. We provide balls, balls and games. The fully enclosed grounds, allows to leave the animals that we accept in principle, their freedom, and young children the opportunity to play without worrying their parents. Parking on site and free per 2 to 3 vehicules.
