The suc de Montat is located on the watershed between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean. To make the divide visible, test patterns have been installed, playing on perception and optics.
Access on foot from the D239 between Le Bez and La Croix de Bauzon. Access signposted. The Mires are located on a site hosting an electricity relay station (antenna visible from a distance) on the opposite side of the Col du Pendu.
