This strange stone brings to life a 15th-century legend according to which a woman condemned for witchcraft, chained to the rock, mysteriously disappeared without a trace one night.
The "Rocher de la Sorcière" ("Witch's Rock") is a column of rock around 25 metres high (20 metres of which are completely above ground).
