Together Against Cancer: an evening to learn and support one another
A charity evening featuring yoga, a communal meal, a screening of the documentary ‘Morcellement’ and a discussion with healthcare professionals.

Programme:

6.00 pm: ‘Focus on the Heart’ yoga
A yoga workshop aimed at opening up, mobilising and strengthening the chest area (shoulders, torso, arms)
Open to everyone – no booking required / If you have a mat, please bring it along!

7.30 pm: Potluck dinner
Everyone brings a sweet or savoury dish to share

8.30 pm: Screening of the film “Morcellement”
A moving documentary, “Morcellement” stems from encounters between breast cancer patients, carers, families and loved ones, a writer, a director and a composer. A film by Isalia Petmezakis, with a script by Sébastin Joanniez and original music by David Sussia.

No booking required
Admission: Pay what you can, with proceeds going to the League Against Cancer

Followed by a discussion led by professionals from the health centre.
