Close to spa resorts (Vals les Bains and Neyrac les Bains) and not far from the Ardèche gorges and the Croix de Bauzon ski resort.
Comfortable single-storey house with terrace, green space, cellar, fitted kitchen, living room with sofa bed, television, dishwasher.
Private washing machine in the cellar, space for bikes or motorbikes.
