At Moulinage de Chirols, we create, we make, we tinker, we experiment... and above all, we feel good.
So naturally, we wanted to share it.
On est bien ! brings together the artists and craftspeople of the Moulinage collective around this place we love, what brings us together and what occupies our hands (and minds). Visual artworks, objects, essays, hybrid forms and sometimes slightly strange ideas come together and interact within the ancient walls of the moulinage.
The exhibition unfolds in this space steeped in history, between stone, machines, river and surrounding nature. A lively, inhabited place, where practices intersect as much as people do.
It is an exhibition, yes, but above all an invitation to come and meet the people who bring the place to life, discover their worlds, discuss, look, ask questions, look back, and take your time.
And of course, we look forward to seeing you at the opening on Friday 16 January at 6pm, to share a drink, smiles, and this simple collective observation:
we are happy.
