Thueyts, Ardèche
Opening : From Saturday 23 to Monday 25 May 2026.
From the Pont du Diable in Thueyts, a path winds its way up to Fargebelle, a Cévennes hamlet now in ruins. The artists’ collective Bureau en friche reinterprets its past, adopting the poetic and scientific methods of archaeologists.
In this way, the site’s history lives on through contemporary art.
The free exhibition will take place outdoors on the terrace of the Pont du Diable open-air café (and via ferrata reception area).
Visitors will be invited to get creative through a selection of simple workshops
(photography or handprints), weather permitting.
