Thérapies Bien-être et Nature, our 1901 association, offers relaxation, sound baths, guided relaxation, individual appointments (sound therapy, acupressure, family therapy) and a pop-up shop (honey, hydrolats, essential oils).

Relaxation: Breathe, unwind, recover
We welcome you all year round upon registration. See the calendar on our website.
We provide floor mats, but please bring your own blanket and cushion.

- Sound baths
Two Fridays per month at 6:30 p.m., relaxation enveloped by sounds and vibrations.

- Guided relaxation
Support for managing stress, pain and fatigue.
Two Saturdays per month at 9:30 a.m., small group of regular practitioners. Return to your body by listening to your breathing, various relaxation techniques, autogenic and Jacobson training, supported by singing bowls.
