Self-contained house at garden level with private fenced garden (approx. 100 sq.m.) in Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature park. 8km from spa towns of Neyrac-les-Bains and Vals-les-Bains, 12km from Aubenas. Private parking space near gîte, hazel grove leading to enchanting garden with little gate opening onto private area with terrace (garden furniture) and lawn (ideal for young children). Flight of stone steps leading to gîte. Living room (sofa converting into 2 single beds), lounge area (TV), separate kitchen area. Shower room, separate WC. Bedroom (double bed, large closet). Stairs to mezzanine with low ceiling (15 sq.m.): attic bedroom (double bed, closet), small quiet room for reading, playing board games stored in cupboard in room. Lots to see and do nearby: walking/hiking, mountain biking, climbing, swimming, bungee jumping, go-karting, canoeing, dog sledding, etc. Charge for heating: 7€/day (short stays).
